Wide Format Lamination

Wide Format Digital Printing is the latest growth area in printing. This printing method uses special dyes or pigments that are both heat and light sensitive. Specialty films, commonly know as "low melt", have been developed that are applied with lower temperature and incorporate ultra violet inhibitors to protect these costly, fragile digital prints.

We offer low melt films that incorporate ultra violet inhibitors in 3, 5, & 10 mil thicknesses and are available in both gloss and satin finishes.

Foam Board Mounting for Digital Prints

For wide format print projects that need to be rigid or displayed on a firmer surface, we offer Foam Board Mounting, (with or without over-lamination). This is a common option for many wide format print projects as it makes it easy to display your prints on an easel and if over-laminated, also protects the print from ultra violet rays. We have a variety of foam and gator boards in either black or white and a maximum board size of 4 ft x 8 ft. Foam/Gator boards are available in a variety of thicknesses and grades to meet your budget and display needs.
